DAWN PATROL PSYCHOTHERAPY & INTEGRATION
Sometimes we know we need help but don't know where to start. A consultation session consists of one or two initial individual sessions aimed at finding where to begin. Dawn Patrol Assessments can help you identify where you might want to start, whether it is counseling needs, stress management, or a referral to other programs; we are always looking out for your best interest. The initial consultation session is FREE.
Therapy is a journey, which can lead to a more accurate understanding of self. Individual counseling sessions can help you discover a clearer picture of the direction you would like to take and enjoy a more healthy and productive life. We all have personal struggles, but we also all have the potential to overcome them. Individual sessions are aimed at realizing that potential.
